Grammar Translation Method The main idea of the grammar translation method is based on learning grammatical rules, memorize new vocabulary, conjugate verbs tenses, the translation of different texts and give priority to the writen and reading abilities. The pupil to learn avoiding the first language to communicate his/her ideas, he/she has to learn through discovery and necessity with the purpose giving solutions to the problems. Finally the pupil develops autonomy and responsibility in getting progress.
